About the Partners

Amigas in Tech is a community-driven organization empowering Latinas and underrepresented women to pursue, advance, and lead in technology. Through mentorship, career workshops, and advocacy, AIT builds networks of support and fosters access to opportunities across the tech ecosystem.

Together, Cyber Qubits and Amigas in Tech share a vision: a tech industry where women—particularly Latinas—aren’t just included, but are driving innovation and change.

Cyber Qubits® is a cybersecurity training and consulting company dedicated to developing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. Their programs are designed and taught by PhD-level experts and industry practitioners, blending theory with real-world application. With hands-on labs, career accelerator programs, and mentorship opportunities, Cyber Qubits equips learners with both the technical expertise and professional readiness to thrive in the cybersecurity workforce.

Why This Partnership Matters

Cybersecurity isn’t just about protecting systems—it’s about creating opportunity, equity, and resilience in a digital world. With over 448,000 cybersecurity job openings nationwide and more than 14,000 in Colorado alone, the need for diverse talent has never been greater.

This partnership bridges the gap by providing access to free and discounted cybersecurity training, Spanish-language instruction options, and career development resources tailored for the AIT community. It also supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—including Quality Education (SDG 4), Gender Equality (SDG 5), and Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10).

Together, Cyber Qubits and Amigas in Tech are ensuring that the cybersecurity workforce of tomorrow reflects the diversity and brilliance of our communities today.
